1. Digital Products

Since Graphics Concept primarily sells digital graphic design products and services, all purchases are considered final once the order is confirmed and the files or services have been delivered.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for:

  • Completed and delivered design projects
  • Downloaded digital files or templates
  • Custom or personalized orders

However, we will consider a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You accidentally made a duplicate payment
  • The file you received is corrupted or defective and cannot be repaired
  • The purchased design or product was never delivered

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@graphicsconcept.shop with your order number and details of the issue.


2. Custom Design Services

For custom graphic design services, including logo design, branding, and other made-to-order work:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet started.
  • Once work has begun (including initial drafts, concepts, or revisions), the order becomes non-refundable.
  • If you cancel before delivery but after work has started, a partial refund (minus time spent) may be issued at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately at support@graphicsconcept.shop.
  • If your order has not yet been processed or started, we may issue a full refund.
  • Once digital delivery has occurred or work has commenced, cancellation will not be possible.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You failed to download or access the file within the provided time frame
  • The digital product did not meet subjective expectations (e.g., color preference or style)
  • You violated our Terms of Service
